1. Provision of Services
Sylen Tech provides a full-scene remote IT operations solution for global teams [1]. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our software for your internal business or personal IT operations.
2. Account Security and Authorization
To access certain features like Cross-platform Control and Session Recording [1], you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and utilize Multi-factor Verification [1] where applicable.
- Be entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We utilize Granular Authorization [1] to help you manage access, but you are responsible for assigning appropriate roles to your users.
3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing
Our Services are offered on a subscription basis (e.g., 7 Days, 1 Month, 3 Month, and 1 Year Plans) [1]. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay Sylen Tech the subscription fees indicated for that service.
- Auto-Renewal: Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew.
- Cancellations & Refunds: Please refer to our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy for detailed information on how to manage or cancel your billing.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to misuse the Sylen Tech platform. You shall not:
- Use the software for any illegal, unauthorized, or malicious purposes.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or bypass our End-to-end Encryption [1].
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Sylen Tech software.
Our AI Operation Audit automatically detects risky behavior [1]. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we detect violations of this Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (including but not limited to all software source code, UI/UX design, Asset Visibility scripts, and Automated Deployment templates [1]) are and will remain the exclusive property of SYLEN TECH SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED [2] and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms gives you a right to use the Sylen Tech name, trademarks, logos, or other distinctive brand features.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sylen Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; or (b) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
